    Vaughn Blacklock has 30 years experience in heavy civil industrial project management and estimating. As project manager, the teams that Vaughn led received numerous awards for exceeding customer expectations on projects. Mr. Blacklock possesses a Civil Engineer Technology Diploma from Cambrian College, along with a Master Certificate in Concrete Construction Management.

    He also holds memberships with the Ontario Institute of Quantity Surveyors as a Certified Estimator in Construction and the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists as a Certified Engineering Technologist.

  • Paul Lafantaisie

    Paul is an estimator and project manager with over 10 years of experience in horizontal infrastructure, focusing mainly on sewer and water projects in addition to surface maintenance on mine sites. He is a graduate of the Civil Engineering Technology program at Cambrian College.

  • Mike Sloan

    Mike Sloan is an Occupational Health and Safety Manager at Cecchetto and Sons Ltd. where he manages the corporate Health and Safety Program.  Mike has been involved in the Health and Safety field for over 15 years with experience in industrial, construction and property management sectors. Graduated from the Occupational Health and Safety Program at Cambrian College, and a Registered Safety Professional with the BCRSP (CRSP) since March of 2018, Mike is also a certified Environmental Management System Auditor for ISO 14001 since 2001.
    In addition to his health and safety background, Mike has a number of years of experience in supervisory positions in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
